WHO WE ARE
Ideas Lab is an innovation lab and start-up studio building proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine vision, and human motion analysis technologies.
We engage clients in either software development capacity and/or licensing, the latter of which we aim to begin in early 2020. Today, while building out various technologies, we are building a network of corporate and academic partners who will support our mission in improving human performance through cutting-edge technologies.
Our mission is to not only improve human performance through analyzing motion, but also to create awareness in safety for the ones we love most.
The technology we are developing has the capability to perform both human limb tracking and instrument (bat, golf club, tennis racquet) tracking without the use of sensors. Recent advances in AI and deep learning now allow us to perform motion analysis recognizing both body+instrument key points using machine vision only.
Current solutions use sensors which are not only cumbersome but in real live sporting situations, not allowed. Ideas Lab has developed a proprietary AI model which allows us to process real-time movement providing situational context .
